This policy applies to the Leakit app published by Do Huy.
1. Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you use Leakit,
a detective puzzle game published by Do Huy, and any related services.
Fictional content: the phones, messages, emails, photos, contacts, and other case material you explore
in Leakit are fictional and bundled with the app. Leakit does not access the real messages, contacts, photos, or
accounts stored on your device.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Support communications: information you send when contacting support, including screenshots or device details you choose to share.
- Feedback: reports, suggestions, and issue descriptions submitted through the app or by email.
Leakit does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, phone number, or address.
2.2 Information Stored on Your Device
- Game progress and preferences: your selected language, case progress, answers, and hints used are stored locally on your device.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and app data: device model, operating system version, app version, language, country, and time zone.
- Device identifiers: advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA, when permitted, or Google's Advertising ID), vendor identifiers, and app instance identifiers.
- Usage and diagnostics: screens viewed, features used, case events, crash logs, and performance data needed to maintain reliability.
- Purchase information: subscription or in-app purchase status and transaction identifiers provided by the App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your payment card details.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve Leakit features and case content.
- Save your progress and preferences on your device.
- Verify purchases and unlock premium features.
- Show ads, measure ad performance, and understand which campaigns bring players to the app.
- Diagnose technical issues and respond to support requests.
- Protect the app, users, and related services from fraud, abuse, malfunction, or misuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below.
- Service providers: partners that help operate the app, including:
- Advertising partners: Google AdMob and its mediation partners, such as Pangle, Mintegral, and Meta Audience Network. See Advertising & Tracking.
- Compliance and safety: where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
- Business transfers: if the service is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
5. Advertising & Tracking
Leakit is supported by ads. Advertising partners may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data to
deliver, cap, and measure ads and, where you consent, to show personalized ads. See

- Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland, and other regions where required): the app asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice from the privacy options in the app where available.
- iOS App Tracking Transparency: on iOS, Leakit asks for permission before accessing your device's advertising identifier. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant.
- Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device's Google or Privacy settings.
6. Device Permissions
Leakit uses network access to load ads, verify purchases, and fetch app configuration. On iOS it may ask for tracking
permission as described above. Leakit does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, messages, photos, or location.
Note: If network access is unavailable, some features such as purchases and ads may not work correctly.
7. Your Choices & Rights
- Manage tracking and advertising permissions through your device settings.
- Change your ad consent choices through the in-app privacy options where available.
- Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to it. Contact support to make a request.
- Stop using the app and uninstall it if you no longer want the app to process data required for its functionality.
8. Terms of Use
Your use of Leakit is also governed by the Leakit Terms of Use at /terms.html. For apps
distributed through the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
9. Children's Privacy
Leakit is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age allowed by applicable law. If we learn that personal
information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
10. Data Retention & Deletion
Information is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the app, respond to support issues, comply with legal obligations,
resolve disputes, and protect the integrity of the service. Progress stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app
or clear its data. To request deletion of data held by us or our service providers, email support.
11. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information. No system is completely secure, and users remain
responsible for securing their own devices and credentials.
12. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of
Leakit after changes become effective indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
